Can I rent out my holiday home to others?
Yes. A be-spoke letting service is in place is in place allowing you the flexibility to rent out your lodge, or not, as you desire. Demand is expected to be high all year round. For full details please call or email us.
Can I choose the fixtures and fittings in my lodge?
Once you have chosen you basic lodge style, your lodge, it's layout and specification will be fully configurable to match your exact requirements. We will help and advise along the way to make sure your holiday home meets you needs.
Will I have a frontage onto the Loch?
Our development features a number of different positions for the lodges. All lodges will have frontage onto the loch, whoever some of the lodges will be positioned end on to the loch and some will be side on.
Are pets allowed on the park?
Well behaved pets are allowed on the park, as long they are kept under control at all times.
Can I live on the park all year round?
No, Loch Ness Highland Lodge Park is a holiday park and is only open eleven months of the year.
How much are the site fees?
The proposed site fees are to be arranged but will be competitive with other similar developments.
Are there any other costs?
The only other costs you are likely to incur are utilities and insurance costs.
Can I visit the development?

Yes, to secure your plot we require a initial deposit of £2000.00 thereafter 20% after the legal documentation is signed. The remainder is due 28 before the completion of the lodge.

When is the park open?
The park is open from 1st March to the 31st January. We close throughout February for maintenance and repairs, no one is able to stay in their lodge during this period.
Can I finance my lodge?
Yes, a range of flexible finance packages are available, and we are happy to put you in touch with a independent advisor to assist with you purchase.
Does the park have security?
Yes we do have security on the park. Members of our staff and family live on the park, this coupled with the secured single access makes the are very secure. The site is also covered by CCTV.
Can I moor my boat beside the development?
We are currently looking at the development of a berthing facility at the northern end of park. This will service the requirements of owners within the lodge developement.
Will my holiday lodge have a guarantee?
Yes, all new lodges are supplied by Omar Park Homes, Britain's premier manufacturer of holiday lodges, who support a ten year repair warranty.
Can I get Internet access?
Yes, Internet access is available via a wireless connection.
Do your lodges have disabled access?
All lodges have standard access for disabled owners and visitors. That said, should you have special requirements these can be catered for when your lodge is designed for you.
Will I need to spend lots on 'Extras'?
No. All our lodges come fully furnished and equipped, have landscaped gardens, have private parking, have subtle privacy fencing in place and come as standard with full decking and loch side hot tub.
