The lodges are developed on site and are supplied by industry specialists Omar Homes Ltd. They are constructed of timber frames on concrete foundations with timber clad walls and concrete tiled roof. All lodges will be fully serviced with gas, electricity, water and sewerage facilities and all infrastructure works have previously been completed. The lodges will be set within private landscaped grounds with timber fencing, private carparking and external security lighting.

Whilst each individual lodge owner will have an exclusive and private property we have recognised the need to maintain the standards of the park, as a whole, to be in keeping with the desired quality.

All access roads will be tar-mac surfaced and fully maintained and the park will also be subject to high levels of security, including CCTV and external lighting.

Internally the lodges are finished to the highest standards, with hardwood or carpeted floors and fully finished walls and ceilings. All lodges come with fully piped gas supply allowing full gas central heating and feature fireplace. Electricity is also supplied by way of underground cabling.

The lodges are purchased fit for immediate occupation and come fully furnished and equipped. Whilst many of the internal finishes will be dependant upon an individual owners preference, all lodges will come as standard with;
