Our Lodges
Loch Ness Highland Lodges
The lodges are developed on site and are supplied by industry specialists Pathfinders Omar Homes Ltd. They are constructed of timber frames on concrete foundations with timber clad walls and concrete tiled roof. All lodges are fully serviced with gas, electricity, water and sewerage facilities and all infrastructure works have previously been completed. The lodges are set within private landscaped grounds with timber fencing, private carparking and external security lighting.
Whilst each individual lodge owner will have an exclusive and private property we have recognised the need to maintain the standards of the park, as a whole, to be in keeping with the desired quality.
All internal access roads are surfaced, fully maintained and there is a high level of security including wardens, private access for residents only and external lighting
Internally the lodges are finished to the highest standards, with hardwood or carpeted floors and fully finished walls and ceilings. All lodges come with fully piped gas supply allowing full gas central heating and feature fireplace. Electricity is also supplied by way of underground cabling.
The lodges are purchased fit for immediate occupation and come fully furnished and equipped. Whilst many of the internal finishes will be dependant upon an individual owners preference, all lodges will come as standard with;
- Fully fitted kitchen.

- Full height French windows onto decking.
- 4 person loch side hot tub.
- Full furniture package for lounge, dining area and bedrooms.

- 42’ LCD television, DVD player and theatre surround sound in living room.
- Satellite television services are accessible from this location.
